D'Manor Cluster Houses

We are moving to D'manor Cluster Houses next week from Balmoral Rd. We took the decision to move further away as we needed bigger space with condo facilities as i am expecting my first child.

Does anyone live there? I would like to get your comments on the neighbours, neighbourhood, area etc. It would also be nice to make friends with people who live in that area.

We are also currently looking at D'Manor, my wife daughter & I are on our way back to Singapore after 6 years away (arriving August). We are expecting our second child in November and are looking to move out that way for the same reasons you are. We had a friend that lived there a few years back and they enjoyed it.

When we viewed the facilities a few weeks back there were lots of kids running around etc etc.

Can I ask how much are you paying in rent per month?
