Hello! we are thinking of tie dyeing and don't know where to start. If you have any advice on where to find fabric dye or even a step by step website on how to go about tie dyeing, would be great. Thanks for your help!

Try ArtFriends at Takashimaya Level 4, or Bras Basah.

They sell dyes at a slightly higher price but will include instructions and tools to help you with it. Hope it helped

You can find Dylon fabric dyes at hardware/DIY shops here, I know sounds odd but most of them seem to have them.
Spotlight in Plaza Singapura have a pretty good range as well, and other brands as well.
