you can try tribal at far east, i heard the tattoo artist there is not bad, and depending on the design of your tattoo it's about 50 to 100 plus for a small tattoo.

there's like this tattoo studio called VISUAL ORGASM at parklane mall which i frequent and the crew there is simply amazing. they're a nice bunch and artistically speaking, i dare say the best in this country. check out the website: www.visual-orgasm.com
