recommendations for good chinese medicine dr for baby?

Hi all

I'm looking for a chinese medicine practitioner who has experience with babies. Can anyone recommend one? Preferable in the West Coast or Orchard area.

Theres one at Paragon, 14th floor if I'm not wrong. Very good at TCM, not v sure for toddlers.
