Well, it's sort of like a group interview. The management normally make up the Operations Director, HR Manager, Cabin Crew Manager etc etc depending on who;s available. Basically, you will be seated (Classroom style) in a room together with 20 other girls if not more.
You will have to go upfront and introduce yourself to the management and they will choose to ask you questions relating to your intro. If you are lucky, no questions at all. It depends. Common questions will be, why do you want to be a FA, Do you do housework, Why do you want to join silkair, What do you think of other airlines, Why do you want to join silkair since you are earning more at your current job etc etc. Do read up on the airline before you go for the interview. and make sure your nails are well manicured, make up is pleasant and all. The ladies in the management observe you from head to toe and also your posture. But don't worry, it's really not as intimidating as it sounds. The people from the management are quite nice and they make you feel welcome and comfortable. So relax and have fun.
One word of advise - DO NOT condemn other airlines no matter how much you think they suck and don be cocky and say you earn much more than what silkair is paying! <I>

It really depends on your introduction. If you mention something about your hobby or even your family, chances are, they will ask you to elaborate more. The key is to relax and be yourself. So dun worry:)
What i can say is bad~~~ have a feeling i gonna fail... not sure wat i have say too.. too stress and nervous feeling like fainting~~ >< anyway Mr Tan nv ask me much like y i wan to be a FA... but the last few really kana... he asked 1 of my fren "what do u thinking u fit to be a FA?"
