Hi Mickeyy,

i would advise you not to go kalo to have any surgeries done! Kalo has kinda ruin my face! They leave me keloid scarring at the corner of my eyes and i had to redo my nose again with Dr Kao.

Please... dont go to kalo, for christ sake!

Anyway, i would like to check with any ex-kalo customers who did epicanthoplasty with them, did they leave you any keloid scars? And i think they cut too inner to the corner, making my tear duct very obvious too, and now i have problems of opening my eyes very big! Help! can this problem be recorrect? Like the keloid scarring and such..?

Pls do pm me, appreciate for any help.

i am KALO ex customer. Kinda disappointed with the after done result.

On 2007 Oct I did my dbl surgery with them. After weeks of healing, I realise that the part where I have my KYT (the plc to wider the eyes tip) is not fully closed and leaving a tall thick line shown.

When I brown thru e web n saw others who has their dbl done appear pretty & nature. They have a very tight single line around the KYT there. I was so envy and kinda regreted doing with Kalo. That is not what I wanted and I even show them the pic i desire.

Frankly speaking, I am still in a look out for a revision done that enable my 2 eye lines close up into 1. But!! how.....

Don't ever go to KALO for your eyelid surgery. I went there once for my consultation and was told that the doctor was doing the surgery at the moment, so she's not able to provide any consultation. When I wanted to make my leave (after knowing that I needed to head back to SG), they immediately asked me to go to their waiting room.

10 minutes after, the doctor came down (still dressed in her surgery clothing + plastic gloves + hair kept inside the shower cap) and talked to me. I was like WTF??? you can just leave your patient up there and talk to me??? Somemore the assistant claimed that the doc was so busy as she was doing operation and she had to come down to give me consultation. Blah!! bullshit!

Then she told me I had to do fat grafting blah blah yada yada, but that requires a skillful doctor and she could do it blah blah blah etc. The moment I said it was perdy expensive, then she told me, "oh, maybe you need it, maybe you don't.. I can only tell you during the surgery..." CRAP...!!! Obviously she wants my money and if during the surgery she told me I needed it, then I had no choice but to say yes, right???!!

Needless to say, DON'T GO TO THAT PLACE!!!!!

PS: Somemore she had the guts to tell me I'd recover in 3 - 4 days time which is a total bullshit

pls dont go KALO..they got franchise in johor and mid valley too..their 'doctors' are rotating betw these franchises...most of the 'doctors' there are frm china..they dont hv real qualifications..if anything happened to u, they wont really responsible for it..sumore u hv to add on money or pay more in order to fix it,..altho its their carelessness or mistakes,..

i did my double eyelids surgery at kalo last year..til now stil got side effect..and the price they offer quite expensive...i nt dare to go bck there to get treatment dy..initially they din say that their 'doctors' are frm china..after i paid my deposit and right b4 the surgery commence only i knw the 'doc' is frm china..and he even smoked in a corner bside the room of surgery right after finished surgery 4me! and the nxt patient is waiting...omg!

pls go to a hospitals which most of the doctors there have gained their cert and experiences enuf..and also has high standard of hygiene..tis could reduce the risk
now im goin tis way...safer and the price even lower

As what I found through online, I known there has many developed cosmetic surgery hospital in China in recent 2 decades. Many China plastic surgeons have been going to practicing and training in Korea since good relationship long time ago between both countries.

DO NOT GO KALO !!! They are irresponsible.

That was my horrible experience of breast augmentation by Dr Yap (China) in Kalo cosmetic surgery.

The surgeon injected anaesthesia by a huge needle. there was no anesthetist. he started the surgery while i was awake. it was extremely painful before anaesthesia works on me completely. I could feel he was so rough. he injected more anaesthesia when i told him it is painful and continued to cut my muscle or whatever. i was crying. Nurse stopped him and asked if i am ok. the surgeon turned to cut another side of armpit and left my right armpit. i went to sleep after anaesthesia works.
After i awaken, they asked if i am ok. i told them it was painful but they wanted me tell their customers who came for BA consultation that wasn't pain at all during surgery. They wanted me LIE to their clients.

After 7 days, my right breast was so hard and painful, i lost the nipple sensation and got capsular contrusture (side affect). I called them and got ignorance. I had to go to their clinic and got told that i need to massage everyday but i was painful to do it. i asked them if they can massage for me, the boss was being cold to me and charge $50 for massage. My boobs more important, i paid but massage was only 5-10 mins. On third day, they told me to go home massage by myself as they don't provide this massage. They only asked me to wait for few more months and it will get soft. What an after care service! No one told me that i got capsular contructure. They avoid to do revision, avoid to meet me, very irresponsible. I was so depression one side soft boobs and hard another side.

In my opinion, Go for more experiences popular surgeons, latest technology and better anaesthesia for your beautiful breast. Safety and skill is first thing to consider. We do not want to serious damage breast tissue and lost nipple sensation. it is permanent and unfixable.

I'm not sure about you but my experience with Kalo's Dr. was extremely positive. I did my double eyelid and breast augmentation there in 2014. They provide professional services and their dr. as well as consultant are patient, understanding, and able to place themselves in the position of the patient. The advise given by dr. are genuinely useful which really helps a lot to get rid of my discomfort after surgery. I feel GREAT now, and i would still recommend Kalo to anyone who considering plastic surgery.

My experience two months ago in KALO Jb clinic was 100% satisfied. Kalo doctors are nice and helpful. Especially, I could talk with doctors during surgery last time coz they didn't make full anaesthetic with me. So I known what doctors done in entire procedure. As what I surveyed before I done surgery, I found that many plastic surgeon or "false" plastic surgeon in other beauty salon, just make full anaesthetic with their patients. In this case, patients couldn't know who and what procedure they done, or else it could turn out become really terrible.
