save up money to find a better surgeon... is too late when you already had a scar... infact i dun think thai and malaysia are good in PS... unatural nose bridge, can seen the implant by the tip of your nose.. a white shine spot... aunt look alike double eyelid... nowsaday nobody go and cut those thick eyelid liao le... ignorn me if you think i am talking rubbish...

my singapore surgeon agrees that thailand is all along consistently the best in p.s. especially those well established surgeons in thailand

in the past, it was more expensive in thailand to do p.s. than in korea or japan. but now i think its reversed? but yea, its still damn ex to do with renowned surgeons.

there are many senior thai surgeons and professors who are very trained in revision rhinoplasty, and all sorts of "weird" procedures like jaw bone shaving, browbone shaving, forehead reconstruction, etc ( because of the transgender community). pple from USA also fly to thailand to do procedures.

but agree that m'sia probably worst !!

singapore still ok, cos our equipment and medical staff are up-to-date. just experience lacking.

comparing singapore p.s. qualifications to thai p.s. quali , you can see that singapore p.s. has more qualifications like going to england and aust for residency etc, but unfortunately they are not able to realise their full potential due to lack of real-life experience. most of their cases are unfortunately trauma reconstruction and not "normal" cases. but, i definitely have faith in singapore p.s. if my face disfigured or what. i tink singapore ps very good in reconstructive.

To share my experiences,

i was very tempted to go kalo as it is so much nearer to singapore and follow-up after ps is so much easier. People who know that i did my nose thought that i look so much much prettier without the nose job, as my new nose has made me looks so much mature...that doesnt suit my face..

I told dr in kalo that i wanted a high nose, but he gave me an overly high nose bridge in between the eyes space..that makes my nose looks fake. Right now even worse, the implant has shifted to the left..and my nose tip was only lowered a wee bit..that wasnt what i want. Anyhow, i cant blame anyone for it, because its my own decision to go there, can only blame it on myself.
Whatever it is, i regretted doing my nose in kalo.. sorry to say that but its the truth. I dont wish to share my pics in here as i want to remain low profile. I can only say that from pics it look fake, but from my real person, it wasnt that bad lar if people dont notice much. But nevermind, i will be going to dr hsu in taiwan to redo my nose.. at least there is still hope for me to remove this existing one.

Yupz . so beautiful and addictive that the thai govt have to ban castration else their mens all become women. lol

that speak volume about their skills... just my own views.

nevertheless, i as a ex-malaysian have been telling ppl not to go Kalo or msia PS saloons since last year at the expense that someone very loyal to Kalo have to spread "bad" rumours abt me to the other forumers to make them turn against me and dent my effort from warning others abt doing PS in Kalo.

Well, Thou i was bitten badly and last week got a ah beng called me to "challenge" me to meet him for a fight and stop toking bad abt Kalo.

Thou i suffered for this, however i have to do something and tell what i feel else i dun feel good abt it. i dun wish others to "kana" for nothing. no point paying for something cheap and than likely need to go for revision again at other doctor, waste money time and pain.

But the truth will prevail... "Time will tell the Truth" now 1 year has passed, i am sad to see so many ppl "suffered" mentally and financially and physically in vain. these are what i am trying to warn ppl abt since early last year.

I think just doing 1 time ps (per area) will not actually pleased or be satisfied with the results..& it depends on your potential as well.


I did my double eyelids in singapore 3 years ago & the dr blotched it up, causing my eyelid to be droppy & hidden, I asked the dr to redo for me 2 months after my surgery, he actually asked me to pay $1000 to redo. So I gave up the idea. Sad to said, this dr has alot of certificates in his clinic & his experience is more than 20 years. Maybe Im the unlucky one? My eyelids have very deep scars caused by this dr too. I felt helpless & angry at that time.


1 year plus later, I met a few friends who did their ps at KALO. They looked very natural & nice thats why I choose to redo my droppy eyes & hidden eyelids & nose at kalo .


You remember you tag along for my rhinoplasty at kalo? the dr advised me to do Alarplasty together coz I have super broad nose, but I refused.


3 months later after rhinoplasty, I went back to kalo to do Alarplasty with 1 gal in forum..This time I asked the dr to do my nose until very very small but the dr said later not natural so she insisted to do a natural Alarplasty for me.so I said ok lol.


Shortly, 3 months later I redo my double eyelid & did Epicantoplasty at kalo with a kaki ,this time I totally pleased with my eyes coz this dr listened to wat I want.


But as for my Alarplasty, I was only ok but not very happy with the result so I redo last month Mar with a few forumers .This time, Im also very pleased with the results .


Total Ps I did

2 x double eyelid

2 x Alarplasty

1 x Rhinoplasty

1 x Epicantoplasty


After all these ps,I think as you said it really depends on indivual potiential & luck too.

Yen, i am not attacking you, but just wondering, why get so upset with them? This will just fuel further comments that you have a stake in Kalo. For every clinic/doc/hospital, sure got successful cases and failure cases too.

You are definitely a successful case. Maybe they are the failure cases, which in turn, actually makes them pitiful le, why is everyone still accusing each other...

for the rest, i think it's fair enough to state what happened, probably no need to keep denouncing the clinic, altho' can see sometimes that you are not the ones who started the argument (newcomers can refer to previous pages if you dunnoe what's happening), but dun get caught up in the rant

surgeons are people, not machines, they prob dun produce the same fantastic results all the time. we are all users of plastic surgery, not the actual ones doing the surgery, which is why i always answer what i can when asked, and tell them to question the docs instead when i'm not sure.

arguing on behalf of the surgeon/clinic just doesn;t make sense. it's like getting a good deal at Isetan, and insisting that everything they sell is good. good deals sometimes depend on luck, not just a keen eye.

people who got recommended by yen and didn't have an ideal surgery shldn't blame her too. I mean if hers wasn't successful, i dun think she wld recommend you to the clinic. My 2 cents worth (and my comments are valid cos i'm allowed to post in any thread!)

the so-call doctor scolded me ok, asking me to keep quiet and listen to the damn music. cuz i was saying i want something like this and that effect, showing a celeb's pic i brought along. even the consultant also damn impatient. why would i lie about all these? in fact ur the fishy one. whenever someone is interested in cosmetic surgeries, u will message that person and suggest going for Kalo for consultation and all la, summore say quote your name wor. promoting Kalo like nobody's business as though you're one of the shareholders in Kalo. and i guess i know why urs is a successful case and whatnot, cuz you'll be their advertising medium. helping them to 'expand' their business by promoting this and that. always say your friends and kaki very happy with the results and all. i wonder how much % of truth is there? cuz i certainly don't see that when i was visiting the clinic myself. i heard customer complaining in front of the consultant somemore. the consultant so scared that they quickly shove the victims to a room and say dono what discuss this and that.

I'm not upset at all they saying bad about Kalo & I agreed with you. But I can't tolerated that some ppl create another acct to post rubbish & add salt & pepper.

Cause I believe not all Ps are perfect,there will always some ppl not happy or satisfied just like me when I first did my double eyelid in singapore.

I did not condemm the Dr & said bad things about him, if ppl ask me abt him, I will still refer them to the dr.

No big deal just redo until you are satisfied like me lol.
