Btw, me & 3 friends did ps with this lady dr recently .. when my 3 friends came out after their nose surgery , their nose was not swollen at all & they recovered very well in a weeks time.


So far, we are all very happy & pleased with our new nose .

i feel you, princessli. as i was also one of the victim. i have been silently reading this forum but i guess it's good to contribute to this forum so people acknowledge the risk/dangers of going to this beauty clinic.

i got a doctor from china in Kalo did the double eyelid surgery on me. and it totally sucks. it left so much scars. the doctor overthere doesn't seem to have the professional skills required to perform these surgeries. I seriously regretted getting it done there. it has already been close to a year and the scars doesn't even seem to fade a bit. it's like so obvious that even people who just got to know me asked if i did my eyes. so embarassing!

then, i visited Kalo to tell them about the scars and they were so pretentious by saying 'oohh...it's not that bad bla bla. i was really mad.

i really regret going overthere thinking of the lower cost and such. and now i have to pay an even higher price. my family and friends were asking me to go to a certified plastic surgeon but i didnt and went ahead with this. and look, what happen? i have no one to blame but myself for trusting a 'beauty clinic'. do u guys think the doctors from china actually 'certified'? sigh. and ooh, i hate the doctor too cuz i asked for a high crease and instead a lower crease is performed on me. like what the...? i paid the money and i can't decide what i want. instead i was scolded for wanting a high one and communicating to them about what i want to achieve was so stressful and terrifying cuz she talks and scolds me most of the time instead of asking what is my ideal choice. and the consultants overthere are like so impatient to me esp after i have made the deposit cuz they noe i have made the payment. before that, they were like so different.

talking bout the experience in Kalo is really sad and makes me angry. i can't forget a moment of it until today. the scars are so visible that i can never forget those bad moments i had overthere. sigh. how i wish i have gone to a certified plastic surgeon or overseas to have it done.

and oohh, recently, i just got to know that there are also quite some numbers of people who have been there for surgeries and were really angry/disappointed as well. some of them fly over to taiwan and korea for corrections.

i really think getting a certified doctor who has the professional skills and substance is the best bet in choosing the place you decide to have ur surgery performed. this ur body/face. it is really a very important factor.

i personally don't recommend this beauty clinic to anyone. bear in mind, it is just a 'beauty clinic'.

hope u guys don't regret like i do. it's the worst feeling you'll ever felt.

I have areadi warned many people abt Kalo.
dun try to save few hundred dollars and risk it. it is just not worth it.

now you try to ask Kalo for $ compensation for your revision. try see if they are willing to pay, not unless you make a big hooha in their country media. in singapore, taiwan korea or even thailand, the surgeons will be personally liable for your revision (if it is proven due to their own fault or sub- standard in skill) or they need to compensate you as there are legal dept chasing them if they don,t. try find the legal dept or board to help you in msia. else where in the world except those less lawful countries where you can find PS surgeons in just a PS saloon. Note : they are not even medical Clinic. I know alot abt msia because i am also a msian before.

And i know kalo company. is structured in such a way that their bosses have limited liablity on any law suits. at most they can just close down kalo without need to make heavy compensation. unless s,pore, the doctors and the hospitals are fully liable..

I understand how you feel thats why i am always so against kalo in the other thread. If the result is kalo's fault, i strongly think you should ask and fight for compensation as it is your right. worst is to ask for a Revision to cure your problems. IF you need any help, i can see if there is any msia lawyers who are willing to take your case, i know my law teacher knew some famous lawyers in msia. PM me if kalo refuse to compensate you.

why pay thousands of SG$ for a simple lipo at kalo? when you can pay just few hundreds for a lipo done by a reputable and certified dr nara in thailand?

the money you save at thailand can pay for your flights, hotels and with spare to go shopping holiday.

My nose was red and swollen for 3 days after the injection Maybe because it looked so red and swollen that they were talking about it but Comeon! Im still a customer. My nose is slightly piggy-er after the op & slightly crooked & the alar still looks like a separate piece but cos i have pretty low expectations (only want a smaller nose) i haven't been complaining but this rather pissed me off.

Poor Lila, perhaps u can get another doc to revise it for u? If its scarring at a lower crease, there will b skin to redo it HUGS wish u all the best. She was that rude?! Luckily she didn't try that with me otherwise id b pissed off enough to give her a tongue lashing.

i think it's ok, i'll just look for the advice of a certified plastic surgeon. i really do not wish to go to that Kalo clinic anymore. I do not want to see them anymore. sigh. and you know what? there was once I went there, I saw the consultants chasing sales overthere via phone calls and one-to-one consultation. they will normally advise you to take more than one surgery. the last time i went there, they asked me to go for another surgery. of course, i declined. who would want to go there again after going through such bad experience with them? i really would not want to risk my features to a not certified plastic surgeon who came down from china. despite whatever experience they have, they do not have the professional skills and substance in them.

i heard that normally those uncertified doctors who came down from china perform the surgery based on how they watch the doctors back in china perform the surgery. so, they come down here and just operate on people. there are many cases like these and also alot of botch surgeries. Botch surgeries are not to be taken lightly!

yah lah...been trying to plead my case and hopefully others would be wiser and not waste $$ like me...now whenever i think of the SGD 3k i had wasted on the so-called "korean gortex" & "nose refining injections", i could have gotten a much better nose job done with $ left...lol...
