let me plug then..that Virgin coconut oil is widely used in the Philippines even during our ancestors time. Its used by the elders to make the hair thicker and blacker, used as massage oil, regulate blood sugar.. lately its been used by health buffs to lose weight.

there are lots of herbal medicines not yet known overseas being used by traditional healers and some doctors in the Philippines.
