Moving to Singapore if previously bankrupt

Post by PCY95 » Wed, 30 May 2007 6:18 am

Does anyone know if I'll have a problem with employment/immigration etc if I have previously been a bankrupt in the UK? I am recently discharged and therefore have no restrictions in the UK, except a lousy credit rating.

If anyone has any knowledge/experience of this with relation to moving to Singapore I'd be grateful to hear about it.

Many thanks.

It is not stated on the ICA website - why not call them to find out?

FYI, job applicants are required to declare their status (whether they have been bankrupt before) on the application form - see Declaration No. 6 on page 6.
