This year the Abs are taking every measure to ensure their success at the coming World Cup. They have a custom tailored programme where they are calculated to reach their peak just about when the Webb Eliis competition starts.
Thus, when the players return after their conditioning programme they did not do too well in the Super 14 competition.
Apparently, this is THE year as it was 20 years ago at the inaugural tournament, when they became the first team to win the trophy but alas, that remain their only victory ( if you discount the fact that they suffered a 'mysterious' tummy virus the night before the finals in South Africa and coincidentally, that they were, undoubtedly rumored to be the best AB team of this generation ).
I know they will do well but my only concern
the Irish.
