Hi my friend just purchased a Sauna Belt..and claims its good..has anyone tried it ?? Is it effective ?

i've tried it before. it helps shapes ur body. worth tryin. u can get one at watsons for less than 10 bucks

huh ?? less than 10 bucks ..that must be crappy then.. I dont believe that if its really good, it will be sold so cheap.
