for more info on the water confidence test, you might like to check out the existing thread on it. It's basically jumping into the pool and swim to the end. I believe there's no laps.

Yuanz,
Please do not make multiple posts containing the same question. You have already started a thread here which should be good enough. I have deleted your other posting as other moderators would; that way some space can be saved in the database.

Well, first of all your eyesight should NOT be a problem as you are allowed to use contact lenses..Didn't you read my post on the vision thread???

Anyway, the WCT procedure goes like this,You wwill be required to jump down from a mock plane of about 1 storey high into a 3m deep swimming pool WITH A LIFEVEST..Once you are in the water you will need to do a backstroke of 50m and that is it..Haha,I hope this helps..If you don't know what is backstroke I will explain, once you are afloat in the water, lie on your back and kick..Then you're done!! :) :) :)
In order to receive, you have to believe that you have received. (The Secret)
