any requirements to post in classifieds?

tried to post an ad looking for people to participate in a survey and get paid but it says"you do not have the permission" to submit or something like that.

i tried to post one earlier on but was deleted and told to move it to classifields but now seems like i cant have it post in classifields as well.anyone can help me on this?

another question is..i do not understand why is that so that the next day after i post a reply to a topic,it get deleted.its so funny and its not the first time.

Which thread and which topic?

You could provide specifics like the link to your post, because if the post is up it's up, it doesn't get deleted unless it's repeated ads.
