i think you can wear anything you want as long as it shows some skin (maybe arms and legs). at my WCT, there were girls in bikinis, swim suit, even one with a wet suit that looks like a cap-sleeved shirt and shorts except in swimming suit material, and one girl who wore a sports bra with a sleeveless shirt over it and shorts. they got through anywayEveningstar wrote:Mine is on 13th June! what should we wear?

Eveningstar -->When is ur WCT?

most impt i think is to wear something you feel confident in, as you will be asked to queue up and walk towards the interviewer. if you're gonna be worried about your figure, or a bikini strap which keeps slipping off your shoulders and such distractions, it'll only affect your performance and overall confidence.
gd luck to everyone!

Hi mates, this is kinda late but I just wanted to share abit of my experience on 3rd June,
I arrived at swissotel at approx. 11:45, was really hesistant till i was about to back out since my friend who agreed to accompany me didn't turn up that day. anyway I mustered whatever courage i had since I was already at the venue with the necessary documents, I submitted my application form and joined the queue with the other girls. (Really surprised that the queue was not long at all) We were then grouped together (10 applicants per grp). After some waiting, we're ushered into a function room where many groups of girls were already seated and watched a video clip about SIA cabin crew over and over till I almost dozed off
.
Then came the group interview after around an hour of waiting where we went to a smaller room, sat in a semi circle in front of the interviewers. Mine was done by 2 young ladies who were really nice, the topic for my grp was something like give an introduction about yourself and what qualities you have that you can contribute to SIA or make you suitable to be a flight attendant with SIA (couldnt really recall the exact topic though). At that moment, I was really fretting out since I did not prepare anything for the interview the night before, so it was rather tough listening to the other interviewees' introduction and at the same time composing your own speech in your mind (maybe I can't multi-task well)
. Most spoke about their current/previous jobs, being passionate about service industry, like interacting with people, meeting new people, being patient, mostly about customer service experiences etc etc. Both interviewers will be writing some stuff on your application form while you present yourself and would be scrutinizing you from top to toe with a serious look on their faces but after you end your speech they'll smile.
Then when it was my turn, I greeted the interviewers and the other gals, said my name and my age, current job, important qualities that are required of me to perform my current job well and how these attributes would help make me suitable to be an SIA flight attendant. (almost screwed up but I just tried to make my speech as smooth as possible)
Afterwhich, all of us were told to leave the room and wait outside for the results. A lady then came with some application forms and called out names of the applicants who have been selected for the next round. At that point of time, I was getting all ready to leave the room and head home as I seriously thought that I didn't give a good introduction as compared to the other gals who had much more CS experience than me plus I felt rather overweight and shorter than most of them
but surprisingly, I heard my name being called out last from my group, my heart skipped a beat and I raised my hand up with a shocked look on my face
. haha I thought I heard it wrong so I asked another gal who made it from my group whether I was really selected and she reassured me.
We then proceeded to another area where we had to present our IC, birth cert and education certs for verification purposes then wait for our turn to go for the Kebaya fitting. (4 out of 10 managed to advance to the Kebaya round for my group)
Will be back to talk more about the kebaya round.

The management round is all about getting to know the applicant where they ask questions directing to your personality and family background. They want to know if the candicate's personality suits the image of an SIA cabin crew.
Not very sure of the passing rate though as you don't have to wait for all to finish before knowing if you are in or out. The answers are out immediately once you finish your interview. However, if you didn't make it then you have to leave the premises immediately.
Hope this Helps
