anyone keen to go to Movida for a good salsa music tomorrow, Friday nite? i haven't tried it myself but heard it's good :lol:
I haven't been out lately, it's time to see more new faces and make new friends....if you are out for a good laugh, good music, good company...please response :cool:

Sorry to let you know that they hardly play any salsa music at all . . .
The Latin band plays music that is mostly Cuban samba and Afro-Brazilian type as mentioned on their website http://www.movida.sg/
and some really fast cha-chas.

So you're not likely to get a chance to dance salsa nor see the salsa crowd there.

Anyway, the floor is just too crowded with clubbers who simply kinda jump up and down - can't even wriggle their hips Ricky Martin-style :roll:

Rather, expect to dance everything else except Salsa . . . bhangra, Arabian or even Chinese . . . to world music . . . :lol:

Oppss....that sounds bad.....the most turn off point is no space to dance :???:
