Rented a 2 bdrm unit in Amaryllis Ville. Unfurnished for $2500. Lower half of tower.

Just interested in feeling out the opinion on the market (zillion reasons why we are renting in this building).

With the competitive market now,you could ask your agent to negotiate for a more lower rent.I remember I was shown 5th Avenue condo=2+1 bedrooms for $1800 this year.

I seriously don't think you're overpaying. We live across from you at NT 18 and we're paying a lot more for a two bedroom unit, plus you're more centrally located then Sixth Ave and I don't recall any new development in that area. Yours is a brand new apartment and with full facilities.

A quick search using our database HERE shows that some units are asking $3k+ now!

I do not think you are overpaying Its a good price!
