Best Long Distance Phone Card?

Could someone recommend me a long distance phone card with good value?

It depends on where you are calling, I use an "always full card" and get 8 hours 20 mins to the UK for $8.50 I get this from a local shop.
My friend here calls the Philippines and the best he has found only gives 45 minutes for $8.50.
ive also found that top up cards and all phone cards are cheaper at a local shops than 7-11 regardless what is printed on them.
most shops have a book of flyers for each card giving the rates to each place just plow through them to find the best rate for you.
