I agree!! I think before one applies for any position in the service line, they should be aware of the responsibilities required which include dealing with difficult customers. While Funky Punk seems to have a reputation for this kind of nonsense, he like many others fails to realize just how diffiicult a job as a steward/stewardess can be in relation to people. This is of course the whole crux of the issue and one I would not like to do irrespective of the 'chocolate box image' of it's crew, particularly young females, the airline so often likes to portray.
