Asking for my friend who wants to take a 6-month Mandarin language course. Anyone knows a good center at reasonable price?

NUS Extension at Park Mall offers courses for 20 weeks I think (so just short of 6 months) - its about S$1250, with two 2.5 hour sessions per week.
