i finally found a flat and i am looking forward moving in now.
Actually my plan was to install a bar-table in my living room on my own, wherefore i would have needed a simple wood plate with the size of 185cm x 50cm and about 5cm to 10cm thick attaching legs to it...and voila...my bartable would have been ready for some drinks...
But as it seems its quite hard to find a "normal" DIY shop where you can get custom sized wood from. I am from Germany and there it is quite common to have huge shops where you can get any kind of wood in any size you need it...now, any ideas where to find something similar over here? Tried already all kind of local furniture shops, Spolight, Home-Flex etc...no luck
