It sounds OK to me. The only thing I would be thinking of is how much better it is than the deal you have at the moment and working out the difference. Also is it a permanent job? Not contract for certain time etc. In other words do you have to think of what happens if you want to go back home, do you have to pay to get all your stuff back etc?
Rental will be your biggest expense. Next would be schooling (but since your kids are babies that may not be a problem for quite some time and so not in equation).
If you are happy with all the facts and figures go for it. It is a good lifestyle here and definitely worth the experience.
