Good dermatologist or aesthetic physician for acne scars?

Hi, anybody knows a good dermatologist or aesthetic physican or plastic surgeon who is good at removing acne scars?

I've had acne scars since I was a teenager and now I'm already working, I'd really like to once and for all remove the redness, unevenness and pitting. I may even try laser resurfacing but heard it's very painful.

However, I don't know who to go to. Anyone who has a very good doctor to recommend please? Thanks!
