Do you think they really improve ur health?
Why you take them and if you don't, why not?
What type of supplements do you take?
How much are you willing to pay a month for them?

In Singapore drinking water will improve your sex life. Especially seeing the fertility rate is a miserly 1.2! 3rd lowest in the world.
Why does the original poster post a Poll on their initial 1st post and ask how much money you are willing to spend on quackery?
I am watching as this poster smells like a mlm witch doctor.

I swear by Redoxon Vitamin C effervescent 1000mg when I'm down with flu and I've colleagues who are sick. It really perks my health up and improve my immunity. But a word caution, excessive intake may result in stones, thus I usually take on an as and when basis.

I spent about $200 on supplements for my whole family. We’re now taking Mulitvitamins, Biomega, grape seed extract and vitamin C from Usana.

I'm taking Vit C and Vit E and gonna get multi-vitamins. Supplements are beneficial for people like me who is not very conscious in consuming the right amount of veggies/fruits. It's also good for lazy people!

It's health beneficial (though I can't really feel) but I'm sure it helps in a long term.

Supplements are no magic solutions but they do aid the process of your health goals.
I would suggest multivitamins as one of the must-have supplements, irregardless of your goal or physical fitness condition.
You can get them anywhere.
