why are you lokking at only ladies gym?

I just prefer women only gyms. They tend to focus more on classes rather than weights. Are there any other gyms that are mixed that have a variety of classes.

I don't have personal experience of them but I heard from a very sporty friend that the classes/instructors at Amore are not very good.

All the big chain gyms do classes. I know California has an online schedule you can check out.

If you want yoga or pilates, you might be better going somewhere that specialises, i.e., is not a gym at all.

Hi,

I have been with amore and i find them pretty good. They have alot of classes. You can check them out on the web too. Only that i find them pretty expensive.

there's also one called slender contours or contours express. Forgot which is it. It's at tanjong pagar.

Funny thing is they are right across the road from my gym - so before someone jumps on me about advertising they are actually my closest competition. However the specialize in womans only training.
