Moving to Singapore in June. Have a Serviced Apartment for one month. Following this, we will be looking for a 2 bed apartment close/within CBD for circa S$5K per month.

Does anyone recommend any developments?

look up the ascott or the somerset.
expect to sell a kidney if you haven't got the $$$$.

Having lived in both newer ( 15 years). Here's some disadvantages of older homes:

- Pest problems (as share by one of the posters)
