private schools

would not waste my money or time or effort sending to a private International School, its like a holiday, overpaid teachers and not designed for someone who wants to stay here for more than 2 years, strongly suggest local schools and if not a Singaporean you can get exemption from Chinese etc. My child has advanced 5000% in three years when she went backwards in an international school. No discipline, teachers all seem to fraternize with each other and the average time over one year the time spent in the class averaged out 3 days a week. Have stats to prove it. big money saving from $ 1000 a month +++ to only about $100+++ so if you have your employer paying take the money instead.

BPSing,

You would do well to reread the Original Poster's post and poll question. Had you done so you would have noticed that the schools mentioned are all tertiary schools and not Primary & Secondary Schools. This would have negated the egg on the face effect you must be feeling about now.

OK, just for fun I'll nibble around the edges as it's not time for Survivor yet. Is that why BP used to always up their pump prices without telling anybody? Just to see if the public are reading the small print?

Oh, by the way, the intel you provided would have actually been beneficial had you posted that info in the "Parenting, Family & Schools" thread. So I think you, again, have been hoist by your own petard. :P

Anyway, don't let this ole farmboy get to you. Sometimes taking the mickey is thereputic!
