Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Business?

Hi, Can anyone tell me. if you are the employer, which of the following applicant will you consider:

A) Diploma Graduate of Business Administration from APMI (Asia Pacific Management Institute), Kaplan.
or
B) Advanced Diploma Graduate of Business Management from MDIS

Assuming both have the same experiences and qualities.

Need some professional advices. However personal opinion are also welcome.

Do you know that advance diploma in business management from mdis is higher then normal local polytechnic diploma(which is 3 yrs dip)?? They still need to go to advance dip with mdis to proceed to do honour degree /bachelor......

So can I presume if you are a employer, U r likely to take in a Adv Dip holder from MDIS rather than a normal Diploma, even it is from Local Polys?
I just want to know as it seems that Kaplan Diploma is quite well known in the business industry in SG.
Or is this just my wrong preception?
