Hi orangecake...

perhaps you may want to talk to the management people on their view about your studies...

...I believe some of the crew are studying and working at the same time but it would be very difficult....

You can alwiz go back to study if you can support yourself well financially....there are no limitation on the age of a person getting a degree..isnt it... :D ...

Oh... Umm.. yeah.. I agree it's a difficult decision... between degree and SIA. Are u still very far away from completing your degree?

calvink has a point. U can always continue with your degree when u are done flying. Just make sure u keep your results and syllabus properly. When u are done flying and have more money to spend, you can applied for exemptions to study abroad... that would be another great experience. :)

I guess both has it's pros and cons.

Well, i would also suggest that u take up this job first. It's a very good opportunity and i believe it's also sumthing u love doing. Coz this opportunity may never come again for u...as opposed to getting ur degree, u can go back anytime u wish to!

I've a classmate in uni...she's also an ex-SIA girl. Flew for 2 years then only continue to pursue her degree. So it's really not a prob if u choose to fly first...besides, i believe u r still young anyways. Plus, having worked for SIA as a cabin crew would add much colour to ur resume as well, esp when u r in hospitality line! So, think about it :)
