I just rent a house from an agent from DTZ. I have give her commission which is equivalent to half a month rental fee. But she refuesed to do electricity transfer and stamp fee(I pay) for me. Is it their duty to do it for tenant? I first time encounter such thing. All the agents before would do for me. But she so suck.. Although I can do myself, but feel not good and where to complain such things and will be useful?

Agents are supposed to do your stamp fees for you and if requested to do your electricity transfer too.Hey that's the reason you pay them right?!Some agents just dissapear after taking their commisions. Some niceties would be nice though

There are a lot of Chinese Canadians, especially of Hong Kong origin, working here in Singapore. I know at least a few in my office.
