aniwae the email state that we are required to photocopy our bank acc book as well.. meaning we just photocopy the front page where the name is only ? or do we have to photocopy our latest update of transaction on the bank book as well??
Haha, they don't need your transaction details. Just the page with your name and account number. This is for your monthly salary. :)

Dreamer Intrinsic wrote:Hi Luxe, don't worry.

They take an average of 2 to 2.5 weeks to call u up.

U'll be fine... :)

And after they call u, they'll prob tell u to start training at least 1 week later.

They need to give u time to prepare.

For me, they called me 10 days after my medical. And I was told to start 5 days later. :)
Hey Dreamer Intrinsic, understand tat you have been thru ALL the stages of interview rounds and is going to start training soon, then can i ask when do they actually let you sign the letter of contract with them? Straight after your mgmt interview when they announce the results?? Or after getting your medical results??

Do they let you go back home to read thru the terms & conditions in the contract? Or they expect you to read on the spot & sign on the spot??

Hee... Hope you can help me clear my doubts... Thanks alot!! :D
Or is there anyone else who knows? And can help me on this?? :)

Hi all!

I just went for my mgmt interview yest, and true enough like wat some had mentioned previously, it’s really like a chatting session. As for those many, who had been asking around to find out wat questions are being asked during mgmt interview, I seriously feel that there are no fixed questions. They can simply ask u anything under the sun, cos I believe they are just analyzing & observing your character while talking to you. It’s not really about whether you give them the correct answer or not.

There came to a point whereby I even spoke to them in singlish. Now to think of it, it was really embarrassing cos not only that, there are times I couldn’t find the right word to express myself, and I actually used some funny broken english… Haha!! But since I ultimately made it through this round, it goes to prove that this mgmt interview round is not like wat we always thot it is, a serious Q&A session. Just talk to them like you’re talking your friends (while still maintaining some good composure), and enjoy! It shouldn’t be tat scary… Cheers & good luck to those going for mgmt interview soon!
