Don't want to burst your bubbles ladies and gentlemen..
But word of advice..Qatar is still developing and i would say growing rapidly however the people here are still very closed minded..unlike the other middle eastern countries(talking abt Dubai,Bahrain,Abu Dhabi).
i would say 80% of the people living here in Doha are all expats..When i say expats..it's not like those mat saleh expats u find in Singapore..besides us cabin crew as the majority of the expat community,we have the jakun, never see woman their entire life kind of expats, desperate, irritating ones..basically they are the cavemen kind of expats..which can make ure life a nightmare..
Especially if u are a girl..that's it..u'll be raped just from their stares.
However..not all are bad..there are very nice people around..And it feels a lot more like home now coz there are so many Singaporeans around now.Besides,i would say the job is rewarding. If u are up for the job and u think u are strong enough to undergo the lifestyle here and abide to the strict company rules and regulations i would say,Welcome to Qatar Airways..
I enjoy my job that is why i am still surviving here..i will not let these irritating morons put me down..So Good Luck for the Interview and hope to see u girls and guys here soon..btw,it's summer now..freaking 41C here today!!!

Hello, anyone knows how many days will a Singaporean Qatar cabin crew gets to fly back to Singapore in one month?

Will we get stopovers in Singapore?

Can we choose the flights?

Thanks alot~

Question

Post by chomelodie » Tue, 01 May 2007 5:48 pm

"The dress code for both photographs and interviews must be smart business attire as follows:
Females:
Dress: Knee-length skirt/dress and half-sleeve blouse. Hair: Neat and tied back if long. "

Does it mean we don't need to wear blazer outside the blouse? Is it ok if I was wearing my long sleeves blazer and didn't show my arms?

From what ppl shared in the March walk in, seems that we will be watching the video/ Q&A/ & submit CVs, so will be done b4 noon is it? So confirm no more tea refreshment for us in the afternoon??

Hi Qoo,

I receive their invitation letter to go to their open house on 05th May 2007.
You are right. I also see quite a lot of peoples name on the invitation letter. May i know which email address you belong to? Can tell me?
But you can PM me and tell me which email is you?

Curriculum Vitae means your own resume. You must create your own resume and bring it on the open day. They want to see our resume.

Yup thats right. You are right about that. We cant pin so much hope
for ourselves. Ya just thinking of the date and day coming closer.
Getting more and more nervous and excited about it.

So we can hope for too high for us. If not, will be more disappointing
for both of us.

You can add me at [email protected]

Then we can further discuss the meet up details..

So excited.. Heart beating so fast the moment i think about it...

But hope only.. better don't pin on too much hopes.. later very disappointed!
