Microsoft office 2003 in Vista Home premium?

I have a question. Can i install Microsoft Office 2003 if I have Windows Vista Home Premium as my OS? If not, do anyone know where can I get the best deal for Microsoft Office 2007?? Please let me know the price as well. i am looking for the Student edition only bcoz the others are just way too expensive. thx for the help!
