What do stay at home mums do with their bubs all day?

Hi, we have just arrived from Australia to Singapore about a week ago with our 12 month old.

I was just wondering what stay at home mums do with their children on a daily basis? I've looked into activities for our boy but it seems everything involves a cost (gymboree etc).

In Australia there is an Early Childhood Centre where parents can drop in for free advice and information - is there an equivalent here? Also are there playgroups which doesn't involve being part of some exclusive club (where you have to pay big bucks)

Any advice and info will be much appreciated!

At the moment we're staying near Great World City Shopping centre so any hints of activies near there would be great!

Many thanks

Also St Georges Church has loads of playgroups which are free to join
