From your post I would have to assume you are not in Singapore. The third largest ethnic group in Singapore are Indians. So you might say yes there is indian food here and inexpensive as well as expensive. Up to you. Even in little india (Serangoon Road) you can get cheap or expensive.

no. there is no indian food here. the government banned indian and chinese food. In a bid to increase foreign talent and to attract new innovative foreign minds to "invent the next google" you will only find american, european, or australian food here. Tho there is a secret society of us who refuse to accept this tragedy. We are located in a few HDBs throughout singapore and host incognito parties where we serve "authentic" indian and chinese dishes. Soon we will overcome and once again I will be able to serve authentic, straight from India, Chicken Tikka Masala and authentic chinese General Tso's Chicken. Then i will combine the two to serve an amazing General Tikka's Tso Chicken.

So Huggy, was it because it's just Friday the 13th or you're plain bored there? ;-)

Try Jaggi's on Race course road for cheap but excellent Indian food. Only North Indian but. I have lived in other parts of the world, but find that Singapore does have very good Indian food.

Huggybear, gimme an invite to your parties lah.....I love both Indian and chinese
