Australian citizen thinking about taking job in Singapore...

Post by cg ray » Thu, 12 Apr 2007 7:09 pm

My wife is a professional in business information management with a relevant degree and 10 years experience. At the moment, she's running a library for a government department here in Australia.
Would it be easy for someone like my wife to gain employment? Legally and logistically. Is there somewhere we can find out what sort of salary she could expect to earn if she could gain employment?

Both of us only speak English.

Many thanks,

CG Ray

cant imagine that your wife would have any difficulty finding a job in Singapore. There are plenty of online job posting sites, one is www.jobsDB.com.

also, qualified people comming to Singapore to work almost never have problems getting the needed visas, residence permits, etc. Singapore is very business friendly.
