Seeking business advisor

Post by Santosha » Mon, 09 Apr 2007 6:03 pm

I'm looking for a knowledgeable person to consult on possibly restructuring my small business, tax planning, accounting setup etc... Business is good, strong growth, but need a hand with getting things properly organized.

Am hoping for recommendation of a solid reliable person or outfit.

Thanks

hmmm... you must be a genius! :o

Thing is, I'm hoping to get a good recommendation rather than choosing one at random from an advertisement. That person may be a CPA, or maybe not.

Do You set budget to get all these done? & if You have set aside quite a sum for it, PWC is a good one.

Actually, from my view, instead of looking for recommendation & ended up owing people favour, maybe you wanna try going to at least 3 firms to find out how they can help You? They will have client base or portfolio to show You. & after which, You compare their prices & other facto & decide.

Or if You decide to DIY yourself www.iras.gov.sg . read tru, see what You require from your company's stand & product group.

Because afterall, the recommendations that You normally get are from strangers

I use a local CPA/accounting firm to handle all invoicing, payroll, bill payments, CPF, etc, as well doing my financial reporting. She also helps me with Singapore corporate tax planning. I have been happy with her service.

You can email me (you do not yet have enough posts to read PM's) and I can give you details.

Cheers.
