Is there work permit for unskilled labour like restaurant jobs ?
Is that allowed in singapore to employ for foreignpeople under unskilled work ? like in middle eastern countires ?

I ask this since i have a friend who does not have much education but wants to earn some extra dollars . can i as a PR invite him to search for jobs here although he does not have good education ? and if he finds something , will the singapore govt issue any work visa for unskilled people ?

Is it possible ?
