Running! The face is normally the first place to see a difference in weight loss!

contratry to what anyone else will tell you

you cannot target areas of weightloss.

most likely you will lose weight in the last area you put weight on...and the last few pounds will be lost in the area you first weight on.

It is quite correct that you cannot target one area to lose fat, however, you can target area to improve muscle tone, with regards to face, this is probably the first place one will notice fat reduction, probably because all other areas are covered! Joking aside, I was quite serious, running will burn fat from all parts of the body, including the face, and it can help to do facial muscle exercises, to tone up.

The problems with most people is that they hate to run, or to make any physical effort, losing fat, means burning excess stored fuel, and/or changing the source of fuel, food! Cutting down on high glycemic foods will help over time.

It is obvious for some that the body doesn't require all that energy from high carbohyrates, so cut them down drastically for best results, fuel = milage = time, depending on how fast you want results, also depends on how fast you accelerate your activity level. No easy way to get from A to B, just the right way! controlled intake of your macronutrients and ensuring you get your daily micronutrients, will produce results.
