LTSV vs EPEC

Post by martinozet » Sat, 31 Mar 2007 1:55 pm

Hi there,

I need some help here. I applied for my LPR a while ago, and the approval hasn't come out yet. I am in Singapore already on my SV visa. A friend of mine recommended me to apply for EPEC. While waiting for it, my SV visa is almost expired. My question is:

1. Do I need to apply for LTSV since it will only take 1-2 days to get approved?
2. Will the LTSV and EPEC clash? Since they serve the same purpose (LTSV can give you up to 1 yr for you to seek employment, and EPEC will give you 1 year)
3. Let's say that my EPEC and LTSV both got approved, will one of them got cancelled?
4. What happen to them when my LPR approval is out?

Please help, I didn't mean to have this kind of confusion. It just happened :)
