Hi there! :D

Just like to ask what's the minimum age for CX? Is it 18, 20 or 21?

Thanks! :)

though we all are hoping that CX will call us soon.
but it stated that they will inform us within eight weeks.
if after eight weeks didnt get calls from them. that mean
those unsuccessful. our CV is with them for next intake again.

I'M*(!_!)*Julie wrote:Dear all CX enthusiatics!

Just a overall of what to expect from this very exciting position.

- for a start they are only flying to HKG and Colombo
- it's a turnaround flight so please do not look forward to shopping in Hongkong. They might have lay over next time but not now.
- It's going to a new employee package. Not according to what you see online.
- but overall, still very attractive as you are only required to fly 90hrs per month so not that hectic.

Hope these helps!

Cheers and good luck to everyone who applys!

Best Regards
Julie Tan
didnt they suspended flights to Colombo just last week ?
kinda scary isnt it ? to think there's a high risk in the job.
of course passion will overcome most fears but i guess your loved ones are bound to be nervous and worried..don't you think so ?

Well, my personal opinion will be sending in a nice photo of us do boost up a little percentage of chance of being selected. (Of course that's not 100% but that do helps a little) Take for example, if you're a HR personnel, u've copies of plain boring resumes (i assume all resumes look more or less similiar) & some with photos attach to resume. Which one will seems more convincing & interesting?
The one with photo right. Once the personnel are interested with your look & other criterias, they will call you on for the interview.

Eventually, i feel a complete resume must attached with a photo (Not only applicable to cabin crew position, other jobs too)

(Thats only my personal view, it may not be true though) :)

Erm.. I know this sounds really dumb but it's my first time applying for a job so I hope someone can roughly give me an idea how does a cover letter or CV goes. I did went to the bookshop to purchase some guides for Resumes and such but since it's my first job, i've got nothing to write under Experience, so should i just skip that entire portion?? And the examples shown in the book, in my opinion, isnt really suitable. And CX doesnt have an application form too.

Thanks.
