I went to the cure in the indoor Stadium and while I thought the concert was superb most enjoyable, I was slightly disturbed by few rows of people standing in front of me with their cameras above their heads some even filming complete songs. Since I am a bit taller than the average Singaporean, i ended up seeing much of the concert - well at least the songs you hear sometimes on Gold FM - through other peoples camera's.
So personally I really wouldn't mind a strict policy against cameras since watching a concert from behind a wall of cameras is not so nice - and i was just less than 10 meters away from stage! but to answer the question

, no one of the organisation seemd to bother.
Oh, there were also no drinks for sale or permitted inside (except from water that was sold at $4 per 20cl.), and of course smoking was banned. So I recommend to take your desired alcohol consumption in advance if that's important to you!
