A high risk investment. Definitely gotta b the job of professionals.
But the returns might be very high.
The original maker of hotspots giving free access was making losses & ended up selling it's company for a symbolic price of $1 to a local businessman. Eventually, now went into partnership with 2 other privatized companies n generating significant profits.

toto/4D luck only. I played one number only for 2.5 years $2 Sat & Sun and 3 months at $5 Sat & Sun (only 1 number) then strike 1st prize for $10K on 8 Dec '81. Quit playing after that.

The number? my date of birth and year of birth (same number either way).

Everything needs capital, think about it. You turn on the PC to source for ideas or leads, you have to pay for the electricity bills.
