FACTORY OUTLETS...

When I was in the Phil. and the US I frequented factory outlets... I get best buys from these places.... good stuff like nine west, liz claiborne, esprit, etc. however I haven't checked if there are any factory outlets here in Singapore...

Anyone who knows if there are any here in sg?

Well, kind of:

At the third floor at Shaw at corner of Orchard and Scotts, next to Isetan. Bazaar sale of mostly Hugo Boss and Ralph Lauren.

Be aware of the kiasu aunties!

I think there is one in Holland Village,,above the POSB bank

I found one at NORTHPOINT in yishun... the ESPRIT outlet... hope to find more... any more suggestions?

There's an esprit factory outlet in IMM, jurong east. In holland v area, other than the one above POSB, there's another one in the opposite, beside burger king. There's also one in lucky plaza, ground fl, near the escalator.

However, I found these outlets are not as extensive as the one in Jakarta for example. why? according to the owner of one of these outlets, they must have clearance letter from the brand so they can't sell if there's no clearance letter from the company.
While in jakarta, I don't think they do this formal legal stuff to sell the branded items in factory outlets.

Im not so sure since im just new here as well..but might read something about it from travel information and there is in suntec city shoppingmall. just let u know an idea but u better check first before go there.
