M, i'm not posting there anymore. VEry hard to navigate around that place. haha. :)

And the webbie is tooooo pink. HAHA.

Dear mellietay, i think u should get a proper underwear. :D

I'm serious!! Some underwear covers & flattens ur tummy!!
I dunno how to advise u to get such underwear but it works. Hope u shop for a right one. :)

But actually, it doesn't matter. Most gurls trying out for the kebaya had tummies too. :)

If u feel very umconfortable, don't wear something so tight to the walk-in. :)

be prepared to be there till afternoon. there's a fair deal of waiting involved. try to go early.

yes trainees are paid but only the basic pay.

good luck!

Hi KAren87...

I turned up at 1030 for my walk-in.

I left the hotel at 4 plus after clearing the last round, the 3rd round of interview for that day.

So, be prepared to stay till late if u pas all the rounds. :)

Hi clapdollkiss!

Welcome!!

Spend loadsa tym reading the other threads ok?

Lots of valueable info there.

Many of the gurls here are too lazy to retype everything out!! =)

Go see "SIA recruitment on 4th MArch" page 10 onwards and

Hey fizus, don't worry about the height part.

Just go try.

Maybe the measuring apparatus at the hotel is accurate.

To me, it is. It measured my height corrrectly. So go for it!!

Nothing's stopping u!!! :D

haha thank you so much intrinsic dreamer. you're like the official cheerleader for the girls going this april... :)

hey, i read in previous postings that there was questions on eyesight, etc... but i downloaded the april's application, got no such questions. in fact its quite generic questions, like educational qualifications and bankruptcy records etc.

my friend in Emirates say SIA is less 'anal' about the interviews now (maybe wrt the removal of tea party and other stuff like psychometric test?) so i hope it means better chance for us all!

just hope they won't tell me "try again later" cuz of my late late late notification period.

am getting quite excited for the interview. am doing sit- ups everyday! so motivated! haha.

Aiya!!!

Pls don't sing my praises till like that!! :)

Well, i know how it feels so have so much doubts, insecurities and all..
When i first joined the forum, i had loadsa queries and doubts bout SIA too. I really wanted answers to them....

I got a lil upset & all nobody answered my questions and when some were supposed to reply but didn't.

Well, i believe in "Do unto others what u want them to do unto u!!!"

No worries ok?

All that is required of me is just a lil more tym to type a lil more stuff out!
Its ok! :)

Dear Fizus, late late late notification is alright..
One gurl who passed management with me had like 4 months plus notification period. Its ok. :D

Wow, its 2nd April alr. Interview date is drawing nearer eh!!

intrinsic when you went at 1030 on 4th march did you have to wait long for the first round/ grp interview?

i don't feel like coming at 730 (as someone suggested, cuz the queue snakes for hours) and waiting and staying till late afternoon (if i do get through it all la, hah). i am not a morning person at all! haha. i will look puffy and eyebags and dark rings will pop out etc etc. besides i'll probably be mugging through the previous night for my exams, so waking up so early will just put me at a disadvantage.
