hi guys..can someone tell mi where (web page) can i find the application form huh? n one more quest. we nid to bring a photocopy of birth cert also, but wad if my mum had lost it quite sometime ago, it's ok not to bring it? pls help mi.. thanks~!

i went once last year and though i was rejected at the first round (lol) it was still a good experience. The girls were all so nice, i made a few friends!

Hey..its stated that birth certificate is needed tml. Hm..but I'm not sure if they are really strict on that..bring a photocopy of ur I/C too?
