The 1st round group interview; the gals and guys mixed in a group?

Hm... I heard that even though u pass all the interview rounds...but u fail the medical test....u'll b booted out as well?

Is dat true? (medical test is after management interview rite?)
If it's true... wouldn't dat be very discouraging?

no, girls and guys separated.

yeapp.. if you fail the medical, it means that you are not fit for flying or frequent flying.. it is after the management.

don't worry too much about it! the medical is not a prominent problem! it's not something that you can control.. but the rest of the interviews, you probably can!

caryssa...i when 4 silkair interview b4 n i when 4 the swimming test..i belive they use the same pool n the dummy plane for sia too..it was 3m deep n had to jump in to the pool n backstroke all the way to the other end of the pool..i belive that it should be the same 4 sia..

well,not very sure though..juz heard it fr my frens..hehe..cz nbr been 2 SG interview..only in KL..But fr wht i read in here, 1st round in KL is introducing,thn 1 to 1,thn physometric test(think now dun hav d),thn next day is kebaya fitting n water confidence.thn after 2 weeks is management itv..well,it seems tht it takes longer time in here compare to singapore..

yeapp, silkair and SIA uses the same pool at STC for the water confidence test. that is, for interviews in singapore.

salvana; the medical test is a medical test after all, not a medical check- up. if you're not physically fit to work for SIA, it will be disadvantageous to them to employ you, no? its not about being discouraging my dear...

as for the girls meeting up, count me in tentatively. am really so far behind my schoolwork and i don't want to flunk my papers because of the 21st! that said, i went for a height and weight check just now at my school clinic... 159 cm and 46 kg. i better start eating and exercising proper.

As what X mentioned.....just get urself prepared stage/stage....
Stage 1 is only an introductory session...My friend who is a senior FA told me that in stage 1 ,the most important thing that you have to bear in mind is to SMILEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.....
