i dont know angeluv.
i guess am going for the 21st. have church on sunday. =)
i want to pile on more pounds but its only like 11days more!
and just rem to be confident. am sure u can make it =)
we should chat more til the coming selections i say

thanks for posting the website it really did help..well i know im kinda tall and my weight is 54kg..and when i calculated it it was normal...phew!!!! which is 19.3 which should be acceptable by sq..hehehhe no more deiting for me though....

Hey dude,

I'm not Intrinsic Dreamer who got thru and will be starting her training soon, but i'd add in some comments here for you

- Of course guys won't have a kebaya round

they'd have 2 rounds on Day 1 (the walk-in day) followed by a date you choose to do your water-confidence test, where you jump into a pool from 2-3 high (others please correct me if i'm mistaken!) and scrutinized from top to toe in your trunks haha. These are what my guy friends who got through told me. Erm... I had a friend who had quite oily skin and pimple scars - rather visible ones - all over his face, and guess he was eliminated during water-confi round 'cos of these.

BMI is calculated by

(weight in kg) / (height x height in m).

You girls are really skinny or slim... over 1.7m and only 50kg i read? Amazing...

Anyway, u all can try walking into any California Fitness gym, look interested to sign up as a member and they'd do a Body Composition Analysis for you for free. It's a device that send electromagnetic waves (some kinda waves, physicists here please correct me!) through your body via 2 electrodes that you grip on your palms. Measures height, weight, muscle mass, bone mass body fat mass, percent body fat, fat distribution and relative strengths of your limbs and trunk. And even intra/extracelluar fluid levels.

The very cute trainers will then brief you on how to change your work-outs to reduce/increase the figures above to appropriate levels.

Congrats Dreamer! Happy for you. I tried SIA interview last year and didn't make it through though. sad... but god gave me a second chance, i got into jal... I'll be starting training on the 23rd .

instead of May change it to 24 April. but its still better.
start training early the better and end soon. so that
