and if i just fail in the 6 may interview in penang can i still go for it???
If M said the HR lady said so, I very much doubt she'd be lying right?
I suppose you can still go as long as you didn't fail the management round because 6 months won't be up yet.

did u mean that i still can go for the interview to get another try if i m fail in other stage and not in management stage without waiting 6 month???
cos for the previous interview i fail in kebaya stage but i not sure wat i fail in that stage so i think to try again....

Yup eanswallow, u may try as many times if u hav not reached management interview level. The only downside is u hav to travel all the way from penang to singapore for the interview which normally happens on weekends, and according to M, the next one shd be in june-mid-june.
U shd backtrack and read the earlier posts in the main SIA cabincrew thread cos there's lots of helpful 'tips' that u can learn from there.

The one I quoted is taking place in SIN. And positions for FS should be opened since bonus is around the corner.

Of cos there is a relation.
When the recruiters get their bonus, they will feel more motivated to hire stewards. This is because more stewards hired means more bonus.
And as a result, when there is more bonus, it attracts more people wanting to become stewards which results in the recruiters being able to recruit more stewards and thus getting a higher bonus both for themselves as well as the new stewards being hired.
When the bonus is low, the recruiters will not hire that many stewards due to not many people wanting to become stewards at that particular point of time. This will indirectly affect their bonus and result in a lower bonus both for them as well as the existing stewards. However, this will lead to a temporary shortage of stewards and thus gives a chance for the recruiters to recruite more stewards which will then increase their bonus indirectly. When their bonus is increased, the recruiters will be more motivated to hire more stewards which will result in an increase in their bonus.

Not really. Anyway, don't forget that the bonus is a function of your basic pay, so it's not going to add up to much.

It means those who wanna Q**t will wait till they get their bonus.

So, if ppl leave, u gotta hire new ones rite? Does that link up bonus and recruitment now

Wow...thanks Plavot and Venezia for the enlightenment! Now i'm much clearer of how these things work. But Plavot, do u mind explaning the reason behind the sentence "This is because more stewards hired means more bonus." Meaning the recruiter's bonus is actually dependent on the number of stewards they hire? Thanks!
