Hi all,

It has been a long time since i last post an entry as i was busy preparing my exams. Sighzzz... Well, it's great to see so many new people in this forum.

Anyway, when is the next sq interview? I wish to give it a try now instead of waiting for 2 more years upon my graduation. If i can make it, i may consider deferring my studies. If not, i shall just treat it as an experience and try again later yea.

Studying is so stressful! Just 1 year in uni has made me aged soooo... much! ahaha

Charmainrae: dun give up yea. persevere is the key to success and i believe u can make it one day! jia you!

I think it'll be a lil too early to go for the interview. They might reject you at the door cause of your date of availiability.

If that's the case, then you'll can't include your degree in your qualifications.

I advise you to complete your degree first or all the studying you've done would go to waste.

It's a decision that might change my life forever. Abit of exaggeration right?

Thks so much.

Maybe you should consult your parents as well. And no, it's not exaggerating. Think carefully. :)

jentay11: i felt tat way too when i started doin my degree.. but one small thing to note...

basic pay for diploma, A levels and O levels is $1200 while degree is $1350
that is $150 difference... during the 4 mths of trainin, u will lose $600 already... haha... does tis make a diff now?

for me, it does, anyway i'm takin my final exams so i'll jus wait till i get my final results in sep b4 tryin out again, tat time i'll b able to put my highest qualification as degree n i'll not get paid lesser...

maybe thinkin tis way will help u get through ur degree faster? work hard n finish up ur studies first then start workin.. one thing at a time ya...

stupidangelss & babyger, yes there are hairdryers in the washroom so don't worry. :)

And yes, some girls wore make up but I'd advise against it cause it'll all be washed off the moment you jump into the pool and you wouldn't want your make up to smudge and make you look like a freak. I did put some concealer on my eyebags thou. Hur. :)

Well, once you're done with your WCT and skin check, you can go to the showers immediately so there will be no need to wait and snatch. Haha. There are enough cubicles and hairdryers for everyone. :)
